Each year, we partner with our corporate friends for a day of GREAT GOLF FOR A GREAT CAUSE. We fill the Kyalami Golf Course with extras (hole sponsors across the field, goodie bags, snacks/ drinks, longest drive and closest the pin prizes, etc.). Each November, thousands of cyclists ride an exhilarating circuit on 94.7km of Joburg terrain. Hundreds of these 'Ride for a Purpose' using the platform to raise donations for their chosen charity. In September 2019, Alicia and Owen Rawlins climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. They turned this celebration of a personal milestone into a chance to GIVE BACK. They opened a 'BackaBuddy' page, sharing this adventure and connecting to 'Botshabelo.' As they trained and prepared, they asked friends, colleagues, and family to invest into Botshabelo with them through donations towards a R40 000 goal. They posted and shared through the journey, waved our flag at the summit, and earned a whopping R46k for the children of Botshabelo!
