We aim to effect real change in low-income and township preschools through effective training and knowledge sharing for teachers and principals/owners. Central to this Early childhood Development programme is the provision of practical educational equipment, school renovations and decades of hands-on preschool teaching experience.

All funds raised go directly back into providing a safe, nurturing environment for our babies and supporting our dedicated caregivers.

Babies Home
The Babies Home is a beautiful space where you can make a lasting impact by giving abandoned babies a loving start in life. Our carers always appreciate a helping hand, whether it’s assisting with the physical care of the babies, providing emotional and developmental support, engaging with them through play and interaction, or helping with daily tasks such as cleaning, organising, and supporting our dedicated staff.

Donation Centre
Our mission to empower ECD teachers in Gauteng and KZN is a vital part of Botshabelo's work. You can assist in teacher workshops, help develop training materials, set up learning spaces, and contribute to donation drives that directly impact early education in under-resourced communities.
If you have a heart for growing minds and child development, Urban Kids offers a rewarding way to volunteer. Assist teachers with classroom activities, engage with children in a nurturing environment, help maintain classrooms, organise learning materials, and contribute to a space where every child can thrive.
The Donation Centre plays a vital role in supporting all of Botshabelo’s programmes. Volunteers can assist in sorting and organising donated items, preparing care packages, collecting donations, and helping coordinate fundraising efforts. Your contribution here directly fuels the sustainability of our organisation and ensures ongoing support for those in need.
